Mikko's Rant |
|
|
After the gloomy period
generally known as the military service, I have now been a free man for
about a month. It has taken - and will take - some time to get back on
track with normal life, but at least I now have something of a steady
income, so expect new items to be added into the collection during the
next couple of months. I also had a nasty accident with the SAS airline
involving the loss of a laptop computer, but it seems that my insurance
company came through in the end and I am getting a new one. Of course,
no-one can ever replace all the data that was lost, but fortunately I had
at least partial backups.
During all the stress from
my army duties, I found Everblue 2 to be the perfect chillout game. Just
diving, no shooting or too many other near-fatal incidents (upon
completing the game, I had only died once). Exploring the seabed was
really interesting too, even though locating materials did become a bit
repetitive towards the end. Highly recommended! |
