It hasn't been very good
lately, I have to tell you. First of all, there was the message board situation... For reasons unknown, it stopped working and whatever I did, it just wouldn't budge anymore. I finally reinstalled the entire software, but in the process I managed to lose 700-odd messages... Just great. And secondly, Microsoft sucks on an entirely new level. Like we told you a couple of weeks back, Ville won an Xbox. The problem is, he was supposed to get it well before launch, and as of 14/03/2002, he still hasn't received it. The first phone call he made resulted in them telling him "oh sorry, the importer Toptronics messed it up, it will be in express mail today". When nothing still arrived, he called them again. This time, Toptronics withdrew from all responsibility and said Microsoft has to take care of sending the price. Conveniently, the guy at M$ is unreachable... We'll keep you posted, but for now, they're well living up to their name. |
