Mikko's rant
After spending practically all of my free time in the garage (sorry Anna), the RD Deluxe now works. Sure, the monitor still needs a bit of TLC and some new components, but it's fully playable now - and kicks ass. Ah, the wheel, the seat, the shifter, everything's spot on. Next I'm off to work on the Hard Drivin'... On a sidenote, it's painstakingly difficult to find spares for something as exotic as an arcade machine - and I'm talking simple caps, transistors and the like - especially if the unit is American. Luckily I found this company called Partco who sell some of the more obscure stuff online with next-day delivery, but still I'm missing a number of key parts. If you have any pointers, feel free to let us know!
