Nintendo Hands Free Controller

Manufactured by Nintendo America, this is the first one we've seen in Europe (well, first one we've seen EVER). So we're pretty sure it's one of the rarest NES add-ons there is. It's a controller meant for handicapped people to control the NES with their mouth. The one we got (for free) is mint in box. See pictures below.
