When contacting us, please note that we receive quite a lot of email every day. We try to answer all mails as soon as we can, but sometimes replies may be delayed. If this happens to you, please don't take it personally - we may just be very busy at that moment.

NOTE: If you have a technical question about a system, or you need help identifying / finding gaming-related items, please post your question on  our message board (there are separate message areas for questions in Finnish and English). This way, we don't have to answer the same questions over and over again - and you may even get better and quicker answers from the other users of our board. Thank you. At the moment, you can also post your question anonymously. (Usually it requires you to log in, but all it asks is a nick name and a password.)
