Info: The best guess is that this thing is like a VMU/PocketStation for certain PC games, where you can download minigames from and for example develop your game character on the move. There's absolutely nothing about this in English on the net, maybe we'll try to gather up some more information. There's hundreds of pages in Japanese though so the device seems somewhat popular.
